The filet of catfish dinners here are outstanding! The fish is always fresh, tender and flavorful. I always get the fish fried extra crispy and I'm never disappointed. I have been going to this location for years and it seems to have gotten better. The sides however are a problem. The potato salad has no flavor and I have no idea what they put in it, maybe yogurt or cream? There's no pickles or pickle relish, no mayo or mustard. The coleslaw is flavorless and the veggies are not crispy. The hush puppies are okay. They could be cooked a little longer, I just eat the outside. If they improved their sides, you wouldn't e able to get into the place. There's no seating inside but people just sit in their cars and eat!!! Or eat driving down Long Beach Blvd like I do! The manager is courteous , super friendly and gets your order right.

There aren't many good fish markets around. The fish is seasoned well and made to your liking. The service is A-1. He is very friendly.

This is about to be my new spot for fried fish in Southern California. Customer service is excellent, fish is made fresh to order, very little wait. Close to the I-105 freeway and C-Line (Green) station. I ordered 5 piece catfish with fries and macaroni and cheese. Price was fair for the portions given. This place also takes debit and credit cards. Parking is on the street. If you are looking for another option for fried fish give this place a try!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I happen to Yelp for a fish fry location to visit and this was one of my choices. While it's not in a great neighborhood the food is just what you expect nice and churchy but juicy fish . The parking is in the rear of the restaurant. As spam as you walk it there's not much to see and the tiny menu if on displayed on the bullet proof glass . Look over the menu and order the right combination for you so many to choose from. We ordered red snapper and cat fish with fries and hush puppies and greens and potato salad . The fish is crunchy as you bite into it and flaky and juicy and tender just as it should be . The sides are ok but the fish is the thing you come for in this spot . There's no where to sit and eat it's pick up only so don't expect 5 start service or ambiance . If you want good fish then this is the spot just for that !

Stopped here randomly since I was taking my puppy to get her shots near by. I was craving fried fish so decided to try this place. Small place but easy to find, got the fried catfish with shrimp and a side of greens and macaroni salad. Oh and I also got the peach cobbler. The cat fish and shrimp was crispy and seasoned perfectly, the greens were decent but I wasn't really feeling the macaroni salad. The hush puppies was really good, normally not a fan but these were good I can tell it was freshly made. Service was great ! Not sure if I would come back only bc I don't live in the area but if you do, I would say at least try it. In my opinion great tasting fried fish and shrimp
